Troubleshooting

Fire Kirin iPhone Install Problems — iOS Fixes

iPhone is the fiddly one. Because Fire Kirin isn't on the App Store, iOS throws up hurdles that Android doesn't — "untrusted developer," revoked profiles, downloading errors and blank pages. None of them mean your account is broken. Here's how to clear each, and the simplest route when the profile method keeps failing.

"Untrusted Developer" when you open it

This is iOS asking you to approve the install profile. Fix it: Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → tap the Fire Kirin profile → Trust. Then open the app again.

It installed, then stopped opening (revoked profile)

Apple can revoke the certificate these profile installs rely on — sometimes days later. When that happens the icon stays but the app won't launch. This is an iOS thing, not your account. Message us for the current working route, or switch to the browser version, which avoids profiles entirely.

Downloading error or blank page

Usually the portal rotated or the connection hiccuped. Fixes, in order:

  1. Use Safari, not Chrome — the Home Screen step needs Safari.
  2. Switch between Wi-Fi and cellular, and turn off any VPN.
  3. Open the current portal — an old link will just show blank.
  4. Retry the Share → Add to Home Screen step.
"Untrusted Developer"Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → Trust.

Blank page / won't loadPortal rotated or connection issue — fresh link, switch Wi-Fi/data, disable VPN.

Tired of the profile dance? The browser (H5) version plays the same account with nothing to install and nothing to get revoked. Ask us if it's the better option for your iPhone right now.

Frequently asked questions

How do I fix "Untrusted Developer" on Fire Kirin?

Go to Settings → General → VPN & Device Management, tap the Fire Kirin profile, and choose Trust. Then reopen the app.

Why did Fire Kirin stop opening on my iPhone after a few days?

Apple likely revoked the install profile — common with this kind of app. Message us for the current route, or use the browser version, which has no profile to revoke.

Why does the Fire Kirin iPhone link show a blank page?

The portal probably rotated. Open the current link from us in Safari, and switch Wi-Fi/data or disable your VPN if it still won't load.
