Troubleshooting
Is Fire Kirin Down, or Did the Portal Just Move?
Fire Kirin stops connecting and the first thought is "the servers are down." Sometimes that's true โ but far more often the login portal rotated to a new address and your old link is simply pointing at a door that no longer exists. The two look identical on your screen but have very different fixes. Here's how to tell them apart fast.
The quick test
- Get the current link from us (message us) and try it. If it works, it was a rotated portal โ not an outage. This resolves the large majority of cases.
- Check your connection: switch Wi-Fi โ mobile data, turn off any VPN, and retry. VPNs frequently block the login.
- Try another device or the browser version on the current link. If that connects, the problem was local, not the servers.
Signs it's a moved portal (most common)
- The login page itself won't load, 404s, or shows blank.
- Your saved bookmark used to work and suddenly doesn't.
- A fresh link from us connects immediately.
Signs it might be a genuine short outage
- The current link (confirmed with us) also fails, on more than one device.
- It clears on its own within a short while.
If it really is down
Genuine outages pass quickly. Don't reinstall repeatedly or chase "mirror" links during one โ just wait a bit and retry the current link. If you're unsure which situation you're in, message us and we'll check from our side.

Frequently asked questions
Is Fire Kirin down right now?
Usually when it "won't connect" the portal moved rather than the servers going down. Try the current link from us first โ if it works, there was no outage.
How do I know if it's an outage or a moved portal?
Get the current link from us and try it on more than one device. If the fresh link works, it was a rotated portal; if it fails everywhere and clears shortly, it was a brief outage.
Should I reinstall if Fire Kirin is down?
No โ reinstalling won't fix an outage, and it won't fix a moved portal either. Get the current link first; reinstall only if we tell you a new build is needed.
